The County of Riverside Certified Farmers Market will be open every Wednesday from 8:30 am - 1:30 pm. 

Our new Certified Farmers Market aligns with the mission of the County’s Culture of Health and the CEO’s Goal to improve health and promote livable communities through partnerships, policies, systems and initiatives. It is also one of the strategic goals of the Healthy Riverside County Initiative for healthy eating. 

Culture of Health’s Mission: create a healthy and supportive work environment where all County employees can:

  • Access the resources and services they need to maintain or improve their well-being
  • Learn from one another                                                                             
  • Engage in the community where they live and raise their families

County of Riverside Certified Farmers Market vendors will accept:

  • Cash, credit/debit cards
  • Seasonal Senior farmers market checks for fruits and vegetables
  • Seasonal WIC farmers market checks for fruits and vegetables
  • Year-round WIC fruit & vegetable checks
  • SNAP benefits at the market to buy fresh local produce

Vendors will be providing: fruits, vegetables, microgreens, eggs, berries, oils, honey, bread, flowers…and much more!

The County of Riverside Certified Farmers Market at Riverside University Health System Medical Center Moreno Valley will be open every Thursday from 7:30 am - 1:30 pm.

The County of Riverside’s Wednesday Certified Farmers Market is an example of collaboration and commitment to the County’s Culture of Health by Human Resources’ Culture of Health, Riverside University Health System (RUHS)-Public Health, Environmental Health, Riverside County’s Printing Services and the Agricultural Commissioner’s office. The Economic Development Agency’s coordination and management of this project is just one example of the role they play in promoting access to healthy eating for all employees.
