What does well-being mean to you?
As part of our Culture of Health, we recognize that there are five elements to well-being:
Career Well-being: how you occupy your time or simply liking what you do every day and being motivated to do it.
Social Well-being: having strong supportive relationships and love in your personal and professional life.
Financial Well-being: effectively managing your economic life to reduce stress and increase security.
Physical Well-being: having good health and enough energy to get things done on a daily basis.
Community Well-being: liking the area you live, feeling safe and having pride in your community.
